I bought his album when it first came out, and have loved his music ever since.
As time has passed I had forgotten just how beautiful and emotive his work was.
Thank God for Youtube for giving me a chance to listen again to Home thoughts.
Some music just goes straight to your heart, he had a rare gift.

A week ago, I found on norwegian radios (NRK) website, a 30 min program about CTW and his music. This was sent in 2002, and proberbly in 2008.

 Hi
A big thank you to all those who have sent in their membership renewals for next year. There has been a slight delay in getting your gift that comes with your yearly renewal. However, if you can just bear with us for a little while it should be in the post very soon.
The committee really appreciate your continued support in keeping Cliff's music and memory alive. Without your support we would be unable to function.
Carol

Great idea Mike..If we all do this apart from being a most appropriate song for Remembrance Day it will help to promote Cliff's music and keep his memory alive.

My great grandmother was Lydia Ward and I've traced much of the Ward family tree. Cliff was her cousin'd grandson and has been in my tree for some time without my realising it was THE Clifford T.Ward, although I had wondered. What a great discovery because I've always liked him.
I recently heard 'Gaye' again and realised again how good it was. I pulled out my old vinyl copy of 'Home Thoughts' from 1973 but don't have anything to play it on now, unfortunately.
